Three-floor villa with architecture of the 1950s, situated in the residential neighborhood of Nuevo Vedado, we offer two completely independent apartments. In the main floor is the owner's house adjacent to a pool (7x4m) and solarium.
Upstairs: A bright apartment with a living room, one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large terrace overlooking the pool, from where you can enjoy the sunset.
In the lower floor is the studio apartment of a large room, bathroom, kitchen (pantry), living room, terrace with breakfast table and a beautiful garden with a pergola and a pond for the exclusive use of guests.
All apartments have separate entrance and good security. The villa includes five landscaped spaces with various kinds of fruit and flowers, numerous tropical plants.
Villa Susana is located in a nice area of Havana, just 5 minutes by taxi from Vedado area and 15 minutes from Old Havana. A few blocks away from the bus VIAZUL wants to take you to many tourist destinations. Nearby is the Zoo, several private restaurants (paladar) and cafés as well as shopping centers where customers can buy food to prepare their own food. The house guarantees a first class service, good security and comfort.

En una villa de tres pisos con arquitectura de la década de 1950 y situada en el barrio residencial de Nuevo Vedado rentamos dos apartamentos completamente independientes.
Vivimos en el piso principal de la casa que colinda con una piscina (7x4m) and solarium, a disposión de nuestros clientes.
En el piso superior s encuentra un apartamento sala, cocina-comedor, cuarto con aire acondicionado, baño con ducha (agua fría y caliente), así como una amplia terraza.
En el piso inferior s encuentra el apartamento-estudio formado por un cuarto amplio con aire acondicionado, baño con ducha, cocina (pantry) -comedor, sala-comedor, terraza con mesa desayunador y un hermoso jardín con una pérgola y estanque para uso exclusivo de los clientes.
Todos los apartamentos tienen entrada independiente y una buena seguridad.
Villa Susana is a 5-minute drive from Vedado and 15 minutes from Habana Vieja. A unas cuadras se encuentra la estacion de ómnibus (y taxis) VIAZUL. Cerca se encuentra el Jardín Zoológico, varios restaurantes privados (paladares) y cafeterías, así como centros comerciales donde el cliente comprar suministros para preparar su propia comida. La casa garantiza un servicio de primera, buena seguridad y confort.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
