Our house is located in the same center in Havana City, a privileged zone: El Vedado. Near of our house there are several markets, restaurants, bars as well as cultural, historical and medical centers. Beside, near to our house are the wonderful East beaches.
Our main goal is you feel comfortable, and you recommend us to your closers.
In our apartment you will get the experience to live with the Cuban family. Your room has two beds (Double and single one) that is you can be there with two more people comfortably; furthermore, you will enjoy air conditioner, TV and minibar. Your exclusive bathroom has cold and hot water 24 day hours, towels, bathroom tissue and soap.
The rent cost includes the fallowing services: a welcome juice and coffee, diary cleaning, change of clothing bed, keep safe your personal belongings, security guard in the door of the building and all information you will need about the city, money exchange and tourist guide
Also we offer another service that you should pay for, as well as, breakfast, laundry, ironed, keep safe your car (in case you rent someone) and we can go to the airport and then carry back.
The common areas of our apartment are living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony. In these places you can enjoy a coffee, tea, breakfast and really good conversation.
We will be available to offer you any help during your stay in our home.

You can prepare your trip with us, even when you are in the country from which you depart. Therefore, we will be available to offer our support.
Our house is located just 20 minutes from the airport, in the very center of the City of Havana, in a privileged area of the city: the Vedado. Near our house there are multiple shopping centers, bars, restaurants, and also spaces of high interest and cultural and historical value. Just 20 minutes from our house are the beaches of East Havana. We live only two blocks from where multiple bus lines pass through the city, as well as several old taxis that take you for city walks.
Our main mission is that when you visit us you feel comfortable and also recommend our apartment to family and friends who want to have a happy stay.
In our apartment you will have the experience of living with the Cuban family. Your room is equipped with two beds, one double and the other personal, so that three people can be there harmonically. It also has air conditioning and TV. For exclusive use you have a bath with cold and hot water 24 hours a day, towels, toilet paper, soap and bath gel.
The following services are included in the price of the room: a welcome juice and coffee; the daily cleaning of the room, the bathroom and the common areas; the care and safety of your personal belongings; a security guard at the door of the building; Finally, you will have all the informative advice to know the city, for which we will provide maps.
Other services are also offered that will have an additional value, in case you need them, such as: pick it up and take it to the airport, breakfast, washing and ironing service and security monitoring of a car, in case you rent any .
The common areas of our house are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the terrace. In these spaces you can enjoy a coffee, breakfast and pleasant conversations.

House Rules
The visit of women or men who do not have a relationship with our clients is restricted.
If you smoke, you should do it on the terrace of the house to take care of everyone's health.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
