Our accommodation has spacious living / dining room, 6 bedrooms and 5
bathrooms. It is ideal for groups of up to 12 people or families. I will be living with my guests and offer them a light breakfast that will be included in the price. There are all the amenities, such as air conditioning, TV, safe, hot and cold water and privacy. The place offers a safe and comfortable stay in the neighborhood Vedado, a central, quiet, with vegetation and very easy access to any site of interest such as: Calle 23 / La Rampa, Plaza de la Revolución, Malecón or La Fábrica de Cuban art The Historic Center is less than 10 min. by car, the beaches of the East at 25 min. I will be aware of my guests at all times, but I give them privacy if they need it. Welcome!

It is very easy to access any place of interest such as: Calle 23 / La Rampa, Plaza de la Revolución, Malecón or La Fábrica de Arte Cubano. The Historic Center (Old Havana) is less than 10 min. by car, the beaches of the East at 25 min. Near the house are several restaurants of different style / price class and places to buy food:

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
- Guests can arrive at the house at any time without problem, but if there are guests leaving, the house is delivered to them at 3:00 p.m. If they arrive earlier, they can leave their luggage in a safe place in the house.
- The check-out must be at 1:00 p.m. If there is not a reservation for the same day, we are flexible with the check-out time.
- If something broke in the house, the damage caused must be paid.
- For the final reservation we require name, surname and passport number of each person who will be staying, including children.
- It is not allowed to bring people to the apartment who are not guests.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
