Why ISCAS? is the meaning of our family, given that all our names start with I and we are surnames Sanchez and Castellanos (Iselen, Irving and Idarmis) Here you will find a deferential and independent space in a Cuban family house.
What will you find different? First of all, we are located on the main avenue of El Vedado (Avenida 23). In addition, you will always receive general and detailed information on how to get around and what to do in Havana, including locations on a map of the city. It will also have Wi-Fi service at home, the possibility of owning a cell phone with a Cuban line that you can use throughout your stay in our accommodation and the ease of acquiring prepaid cards for all these services in the property itself. You can have the certainty of a great security in our house, because we have custody service of the accommodation throughout the night. A guide or answer to your questions and doubts in the shortest possible time. Different spaces to read, converse, observe the Havana environment and much more. About the Area
On the street 23 many public and private means of transport transit, both to the east where are only 12 minutes from the municipalities of (Centro Habana and Old Havana), and west where the beach area is located. If there is transportation, there is a parking area in the house.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
• Payment for accommodation is in advance
• Repay the damages for lost, broken and lost.
• check in at 3:00 p.m., check out 12:00 p.m.
• Change of sanitary linen and toiletries every 2 days.
• Inaccuracies, scandals and inappropriate behaviors are not allowed
• You will be given a copy of the key to the house and the room.
• Provide identity document of guests, companions and visitors (Visits are not accepted in the interior spaces of the house, only in the outdoor areas)
• Do not walk through gardens and pots that are on the outside of the house.
• Pets are not allowed
• Deliver the room when the stay ends.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
