Apartment located in Centro Habana to a street of the malecón habanero and to one of the hospital Hermanos Almejeiras. It is an apartment on the third floor of the building, with modern structure, equipped with a main entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony that you can enjoy as if it were your home. We have two rooms, each with its private bathroom, hot water, heated, television, refrigerator and space to store your clothes. A characteristic of the apartment that pleases all our clients is that it has windows and doors that provide lighting and pleasant ventilation.
The room 2 also has a door that gives access to the terrace of the house, which has chairs, table, gril for barbecue, kitchen with four burners and space pleasant to sunbathe, drink a coffee, a beer or soda and have a family party or meal.
Room 1 has a large bathroom with bathtub, a safe and as well as the other room and the whole house windows that provide clarity and fresh air to it.
They can also access the dining kitchen of the house to have their breakfast or prepare a light meal in the event that the guest wants, the kitchen is available to the customer.
I also offer breakfast, dinner and laundry service if you wish.
My motto is "If you want to feel like a real Cuban come to our hostel, we will welcome you as part of the family".
Cuban neighborhood of Centro Habana in an area that is densely populated, with a heterogeneous population, mostly with constructions of buildings of three and even five plants that have the traces of Spanish architecture. We are on a block where there are other rental houses, some of which can be found on this site.
Just one street you can board private taxis that transport passengers to Old Havana, El Vedado, Playa and other places of interest.
A few blocks away is the Hotel Deauville where you can book tourist tickets for different areas of our country like Viñales, Varadero and other places of tourist interest.
A few blocks away are the Chinatown of Havana, the House of Music, the America Theater, the palate "La Guarida" where the Cuban film "Strawberry and Chocolate" and the "San Cristobal" paladin visited by the President Barack Obama. As well as other palates and restaurants of international cuisine and typical Cuban food.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
