On the first floor is the independent rent house “Don Miguel House” equipped with all the modern amenities to make your holidays in Havana a memorable vacation. It is very big and It has offering 2 rooms for rent. They are private and very comfortable, with private bathroom (hot and cold water 24 hours), refrigerator, security box, mini closet and two beds (one independent and the other double). In the house there is a living room, a kitchen, a hall, a bathroom for other guests and a mini bar, there are two dining rooms, etc. We have breakfast, lunch and dinner service, especially typical Cuban food, so we have laundry service too. We have a professional driver to come and pick you up at the airport in a taxi. We have 15 years experience and we have Licenses Official of Tourism. We are very centric, just 5 minutes walking to Malecon Habanero and Amejeiras Hospital, the same to go to The Center and Old Havana. On the corner of our house there is a Cadeca to change the money. You will enjoy the historical monuments, the parks, the museums, the restaurants, the shops, the theaters, the cafeterias, the art and the culture of our country. We are close to hotels of the city, where you can complete our services, such as access to the Internet, night clubs, swimming pools, public and private restaurants, shopping centers, craft fairs, travel agents and airlines among other facilities.
We have all the sanitary measures to avoid covid-19.
The use off the face mask is necessary at home.

About the Area
We are renting 2 private rooms in San Miguel #612 between Lucena and Belascoain(Padre Varela) very comfortable in a house located in the center of the city. It is an independent house available only for tourists, we live in an apartment on the second floor We have a living room, dining room, minibar, kitchen, etc. only for the use of the guest. We have two languages, English and Spanish. It is of great interest to us that you leave our great house pleased.

Miguel and Maria were lovely and the room had everything we needed (except a window which seems like a normal design in Cuba). The location is very central however we needed to walk a long way to find anything worthwhile. The local “Restaurants” don’t bother with menus as they only really serve one thing which is horribly overpriced and low quality. Strangely, the big fancy places in the tourist areas are much better and often cheaper. Something to keep in mind if you decide to eat local.

Maria and Miguel are perfect hosts. The Casa is very clean and close to the Malecon and a nice walk to the Old Havana. Nothing to dislike about this house. I highly recommend it to all the people that intend to travel to Cuba.

The best Host! We had an amazing time in Havana! I celebrate my birthday at Marias casa. She made the day unforgetable. I get some flowers and She cooked a birthday dinner for me AND I get a birthday cake from her! Thank you so much for this amazing time!

My husband and I celebrated our 10th anniversary in Cuba at the Don Miguel House and we can't wait to go back in December!! Maria and her family were very accommodating to our needs. The house was immaculate, shower was super clean and hot and the air conditioning was freezing in our room. Breakfast was an absolute feast for a very small charge. We loved our Cuban experience all the more because of our stay at the Don Miguel House and all the local friends we made that showed us the best places for food, fun, relaxing, and purchasing gifts to bring home. Go once and you will go again.

It was a very nice homestay, all 8 Norwegians appreciated it very much. We really enjoyed our stay - nice and clean with a very tasty breakfast. We can recommend this homestay. Apart from that Havannah is well worth seeing.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
