We live 2 couples in the house, my husband and my son with their partner, but the apartment to rent is independent. A quiet place, near the beaches of the East and Old Havana, is a heated room, with a camera, a TV, a closet, a bathroom with cold water and hot water, a kitchen, with a refrigerator, a kitchen with cooking tools, queen pot, rice cooker, electric coffee maker, sink, a sofa bed for 2 people, a fan and a table with four chairs. There is a garage, it has access to the patio with comfort.

About the Area
Located exactly 7 km from Old Havana, 10 km from the East Beaches and less than 20 minutes walk from the coast, the monument of the writer and journalist Ernest Hemingway Cojimar Terrace. Excellent option to relax, you are very close of the city, but not within it.

House Rules
The payment of the room will be made at the time of arrival of the client to the property and the amount to be paid will correspond to the prices for rooms - days previously agreed between client and owner.
. Upon arrival at the property the client is obliged to provide the identity documents of him and his companion to the owner so that it proceeds to settle it in the guest register, this operation will be repeated as long as the companion is not the same person It was registered initially.
. The client is prohibited from being accompanied by minors under 18 years of age unless they show a relationship. Children.
. The departure time of the client of his last day of reservation of the room or property will be at 8.00pm.
. It is prohibited to introduce or consume any type of drug in the property.
. All kinds of parties are prohibited because they are not previously agreed with the owner
.Everything that is lost or broken in a building or room must be paid according to the price list for losses and breakages adjusted to the purchase prices. The losses of the keys have a value of 10 cuc each.
The companions or visitors can not carry the keys of the room or property. Neither may enter or leave the property without the tenant company. Failure to comply with this rule we are not responsible for any loss or misplace that occurs within the property
. Pernoten more people are prohibited in the room or property than previously agreed between owner and client.
Breakfast will be ordered at any time of the previous day.
. The client must leave off. Kitchen, TV, fan, air conditioning and lights at the moment leave the room or property.
. It is forbidden to raise your voice and play loud music. Much less past midnight.
. If you wish, we can place in custody and security any valuables, clothes or money that you decide.
It is prohibited to remove from the property covered glasses, plates, towels, furniture, ornaments if previous authorization of the owner.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
