With a privileged geographical position; It is a very attractive residential area, located just halfway between the historic center of the city and the best beaches of Havana (10 minutes drive). It is a home that features: garden, porch, living room, two bedrooms (properly heated), a bathroom, a kitchen, private parking, internet access, TV, refrigerator and central water heater. In my house you will receive a personalized treatment, we intend above all, that they are exceeded your expectations during your stay regarding: courtesy, cleanliness, comfort, privacy and trust and confidence that we have the information and advice necessary and useful for you make the most of your time and fully enjoy your trip.
My house has two rooms, three bedroom two
bathrooms, two kitchens and two separate entrances but one house in which I live, but my clients have for their exclusive use not only the rooms and bathroom but also a living room and a kitchen.

About the Area
It is a house in a quiet and safe residential area, located east of the city, across the street there is a stop with four bus lines. A 10 minute drive is the historic center and 5 minutes from the strength of "The Cabin" and the castle of "The Three Kings of Morro", a place also known as "Morro-Cabaña Complex", where daily at 9pm it is done the ceremony known as "the Cannon Shot 9" is currently done by tradition but at the time of intramural Havana, this announced the closing of the city gates; in this place the restaurant "La Divina Pastora" is located, if you visit at sunset, plus a delicious meal you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and also nearby is one of the architectural wonders of Cuba, the Tunnel bay, connecting under the sea with this center. From the house and just 10 minutes away by car, you will find the best beaches of Havana.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
