Apartment with two spacious rooms, the #1 double bed or for two people; It also has a modern and private bathroom equipped with hair accessories as well as a minibar and air-conditioned TV.
Room #2 has two 3/4 beds and a private bathroom, it has the rest of the accessories for the comforts like the first room for our clients.
It has a terrace decorated with planters and furniture on the outside to rest, read or smoke in addition to being able to share with family and enjoy a good coffee.
In addition, a kitchen equipped with accessories to carry out any type of food preparation as well as a living room and dining room.
It has a side corridor to hang and carry out this service with a professional washing machine, if necessary, the entire premises are with maximum security for our clients.
Our family wants to directly attend to our lives in the room next to it and is ready to serve our clients 24 hours a day.
We are affable people of good character, helpful and based on experience with other clients, we are attentive to your expectations and projects during your visit.

It is located in the center of the city, a very safe place and very close to several important places, 2 minutes from the national terminal or viazul; very close to the hospitals and shopping plazas of Carlos III as well as bus stops and the emblematic Plaza de la Revolución, a preferred historical place for international tourism.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
