We offer an authentic Cuban experience based on a familiar environment and a high quality service. For those who love nature our garden will provide a great place to enjoy a collection of ornamental plants and bonsais that provide "tranquility" to the visitor.
Our place has been built over the dedication and passion of Ailyn and Landy, who has worked there since the beginning to provide a cosy and familiar guesthouse, always attentive to everyone's needs.
Our guesthouse includes two rooms recently renovated and is at short walk from the center of Holguin in a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy your privacy.
A light breakfast is included in the room rate.

House Rules
• A light breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Parking service: we have a garage with capacity for up to 3 cars. For each car we charge a 1.00 CUC daily fee. The parking service is free for repeat customers.
• Laundry service: We offer laundry service with a fee varying between 5.00 and 10 CUC, depending on the load. The clothes must be delivered before noon and will be ready before 6:00 pm.
• Meals: We offer full breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, upon request. Any special dietary need must be informed by guests upon arrival.
• Taxi service: we don't provide transportation services but we can, on demand, help you to contact particular providers. We are not responsible for the prices and it should be arranged directly with they.
• In case of loss of a room key a 5 CUC fee will be charged to the guest.
• Smoking is allowed outdoors; inside the rooms is strictly forbidden.
• We have a dog so we can not receive guests with allergies to this kind of animal.
• Guest must be registered in the Renters Registration Book as stipulated by Cuban immigration authorities

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
