Our family invites you to enjoy our beautiful and centrally located independent apartment in Old Havana, close to cultural and historical sites, as well as trendy restaurants and bars. It is located on the top floor of a three-storey building which consists of 6 apartments per floor only leaving you the most privacy to our apartment. It has two rooms, a mini room and another spacious and airy with exit to a small balcony from which you can appreciate the bay and a warm sunrise Havana, where you can also taste a magnificent welcome cocktail that we offer our guests.
Our family is very friendly and helpful, we are fluent in English and French as well as being linked to tourism services a few years ago. We provide additional transportation services and local information that can be useful in your trip. Our family does not live in the house, we deliver the keys to the apartment when we receive our clients providing the most privacy, we have a fixed telephone with which we can locate in case of any doubt or request.
For guests who choose to stay for more than three nights, we offer the free airport transfer.

About the Area
Old Havana is the oldest part of the Cuban capital. It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1982. Old Havana offers very interesting tourist areas and internationally recognized. You can also enjoy the Cuban daily life and its customs.
Our apartment is close to squares, monuments and museums. It is located just a few meters from the Paseo de la Paula mall that is preserved from the stage of the Spanish Colony, Fraternity Park, Ron Museum and the majestic Capitol, it is a perfect place from which to explore the streets The city and the historic center, an experience that makes your trip unforgettable.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
