My house is located in Nuevo Vedado, one of the most tranquil, safe and exclusive residential deals in Havana, my house is divided into 2 floors:
The first floor has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, hot / cold water, TV, telephone, mini bar, large living room, bar and terrace with garden, separate entrance and parking for car.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, air conditioning, hot / cold water, telephone, mini bar, large living room, and car parking.
My accommodation is good for families, couples, large groups of friends and business travelers.
I live on the property.

About the Area
Our house is only 10 minutes walk from the Metropolitan Park of Havana, also called La Habana Forest and only 100 meters from the Havana Zoo and the VIAZUL bus terminal, a bus line that is mainly destined for tourists who visit us And from where buses and taxis leave for all places of Havana and the country (Varadero, Trinidad, Viñales)

We only booked 1 night at Luisa's since we arrived in havanna the day before on the viazul station only to leave the next day for the airport. Luisa's casa was beautiful and clean. Luisa was in Amerika visiting her children so we got received by her niece and husband. They where very nice and showed us the home. It was really modern with an AC and TV in the room. It is only 400 meters from the Viazul Busstation stop which made it very handy for us. The next day we took an oldtimer taxi arranged by Luisa to the airport.
The neighborhood is very up-class and I would definitely recommend it. However, Havana Vieja (the old city) is 7 kilometers (4 miles) away, so not in walking distance. I would definitely return.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
