We have a privileged position in the most central and famous area of the historic center of Havana, located in the well-known Old Havana, where you can enjoy colonial architecture, you can visit all the important places just 10 minutes walking, you can visit the famous Cathedral from Havana, the Capitol, the Floridita Bar and La Bodeguita del Medio restaurant, a few meters away is the Malecon of Havana, and the Museum of the Revolution, in our area you will find the most famous museums, restaurants and bars of the city.
We are in an area with excellent local transport connection if you want to enjoy the rest of the city.
We are only 200 meters from the Barrio del Ángel, it is an area of Old Havana that sometimes goes unnoticed in the eyes of visitors, but that contains many charms. The so-called Barrio del Ángel, is one of the most striking and picturesque of Old Havana. First, this site highlights its spectacular views. La Loma del Ángel, is one of the favorite places for photographers to shoot movies and videos; all this due, of course, to its impressive panoramic views. From the tip of the hill you can see, on the one hand, the Havana Malecon, with all its grace and serenity; on the other, it is possible to discover from afar the image of the equestrian sculpture of Máximo Gómez, hero of Cuban independence, which stands in the roundabout of the tunnel in Havana.
In addition to being an ideal place to take pictures, the gastronomic offers are varied and elegant. The special recommendation on this occasion is for the Iván Chef Justo restaurant, on the corner of Aguacate and Chacón.
In the Plazuela del Ángel is the beautiful sculpture of the character of Cecilia Valdés. He is the protagonist of the novel "Cecilia Valdés or Loma del Ángel", by the Cuban writer Cirilo Villaverde, one of the classics of Cuban literature that shows the society of the nineteenth century. The alley of the Hairdressers exhibits old objects and pieces related to the barbershop and the hairdresser. This alley is part of a community project that combines art, hairdressing, gastronomy and learning.
