House apartment of colonial structure from the beginning of the 1900, located in Belen some of the most traditional neighborhoods of Old Havana, on the same corner of Merced and Havana. Recently restored with love for its owners, who dreamed it more than 20 years ago, taking care of the smallest details. The house is sober and cool. In its restoration, on the one hand we faithfully respect the originality of the construction and on the other, we wanted to leave the signs of time in order not to lose its history.
Our rooms and the rest of the house retain their high props and original balconies, which overlook the street around the house, from where the guest can appreciate the colors and customs of our tropical culture.
In our house you have, inside comfort and outside you have CUBA, really!
Rooms Junior Suite:
They are 2 colonial rooms completely restored, respecting their original structures, large and comfortable. They are communicated with each other, have private balconies and a shared bathroom with bathtub. Ideal for families or groups of friends
This room has the following composition of beds, 2nd bedroom 1 double bed with 2x2 mattress and a personal bed, 1st bedroom 1 imperial bed and 1 personal bed, excellent mattresses, feather pillows and 100% cotton sheets (maximum capacity 6 people)
Our house is located in Old Havana and 5 minutes from most points of interest, views of the city, restaurants and bars.

Through an AIS card or cash once the customer arrives at the house.
Cancellation policy
For reservations of less than 7 days, we require at least one night's prepayment.
For bookings of more than 7 days, we require payment of two nights in advance.
In the case of cancellation for reasons beyond our control, payment of the nights of reservation will not be refunded.

Additional rules
Check in 16: 00hrs, although it is possible to leave your bags in the hostel until the room is ready, the service is free check out 12:00 hrs, it is possible to leave your bags in the apartment until the time of your flight, the service is free.
Please do not put paper in the bathroom rate.
Guests are not allowed inside the house or in rooms that are not included at the time of booking.
People who come with children are urged to keep them from behaving properly, such as not getting on furniture with shoes on, not pulling doors heavily, not writing on walls or furniture.
Please remember that you share your space with other people, so please be careful when closing the doors (* please do not throw them *).
Please make rational use of the a / c, do not leave it on when you are not in the room and please do not open doors and windows while it is on. do not use towels to remove makeup or clean your shoes Please do not smoke inside the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
