Our house has a large room on the second floor, separate entrance, air conditioning, good ventilation, cozy terrace, TV, mini refrigerator, hot water in the bathroom and A / C 110 and 220. We also have private parking , INTERNET service in your own home and being 120 meters from the Céspedes Park that marks the center of the city, you can visit important cultural, historical and economic areas in just a few minutes, within these areas we have The House of the Trova, The Wax Museum and Carlos M. de Céspedes, excursions to the Commander of the Silver, excursion to the Botanical Garden, etc.
We also offer breakfast, lunch, food, snacks, laundry and everything that is within our reach, always trying to make our guests feel at home.

About the Area
To go from the VIAZUL bus terminal to our house:
Walk one block down the central road until you reach Amado Estévez street, turn left one more block and get to Zenea Street, then turn right and walk along this street for nine blocks until you reach Parada Street, turn left and walk five blocks across the street Stop until you reach Donato Marmol street, and on this street, turn right and just walk two blocks until you reach General Moncada street, turn right one block and will be in our house, which will be WELCOME by our family.

Comfortable, large clean room. Parking available in their garage at no extra charge . Tasty breakfast and evening meals if requested. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. We had an early start and breakfast before 6am was not a problem. Small touches when you stay here such as fresh juice or fruit make you feel very welcome when staying here.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
