Welcome to Casa Mila! A 50's style downtown apartment, with a modern touch, designed to make your stay in Havana a pleasant and relaxing one. With two large rooms available (one with double bed and one with two personal beds), terrace where the breeze always runs, living room, kitchen, patio, Wi-Fi, hot and cold water, air conditioning in each room and telephone, this bright apartment is located on the first floor of a neighborhood very central Havana. We speak Spanish, English and French, and a little Italian and Portuguese too. We like music, art, design and literature.

About the Area
Our house is located on the border of two of the most important neighborhoods and habaneros El Vedado and Centro Habana. 100 meters from Avenida Carlos III (Salvador Allende), one of the main arteries of the city, it is very easy to go on foot or by taxi to anywhere.
The national bus terminal, just 500 meters away, allows mobility to all the provinces of the country.

House Rules
1- Children of any age are welcome. Children who are not part of the family will not be admitted. In Cuba, a person under 18 years old is considered a minor.
2- Smoking is allowed on the terrace exclusively (it is wide and fully ventilated)
3- Parties and music are not allowed at high volume, especially after 12 AM.
4- Cuban guests or visitors who wish to spend the night must, without exception, be registered in the guest book.
5- No pets allowed
6- Basically, the guest is expected to treat our house as his own home, with affection and respect for the neighbors.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
