My name is Yanieska and with great pleasure my Parents will be in charge of receiving you in my private home. I have a bachelor degree In Tourism and currently i am in charge of the system booking and answer all of your request. Actually I'm not living in Cuba, but my parents will provide you a stay of wonders. Simply and cosy. They will give the advices you will need and help you with many tips about our beautiful city.
Casa Yanieska, is a newly restored modern house where we have combined good taste with professional and at the same time homelike treatment, simplicity and cleanliness. You will be able to enjoy living with the people of the neighborhood, with the children playing at the streets and you will take experiences that will surely remain in your minds as pleasant memories.
With certainty, my father will be able to offer you the necessary information about Baracoa, as well as recommendations or suggestions that facilitate your stay in our wonderful city. You will always have a key of the house, the most important thing for us is that you feel part of the family and enjoy your stay in our beautiful Baracoa.
If you want to learn how to dance salsa, it does not matter that you have never taken a step, or have “two left food”, if you have the disposition that is enough to take some simple classes with a very well prepared dance instructor ...
Advice: bring with you some euros or dollar cash to pay prived stores, casa particular, restaurants and taxi, they will appreciate that.

About the Area
My house is located in a very quiet and safe area from the city. Only 2 minuts walking to the local buses and 15 minuts to the Viazul Sation. To the center is around 400 mts where is one of the Wifi area, but there is another closer, 200 mts. The supermarket is very near 300 mts.

House Rules
The Clients can´t smoke inside the room and the house. They can´t get foreing people into the room, without inscription. The guess muss pay attention with the equiptment and furniture of the home. It is forbidden to bring narcotics.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
