We are a small typical Costa Rican family, a couple with unniño 8 years, we are both college graduates. We live in villas Ayarco, not too far from the capital, not far away, about 15 miles. The house is located in a residential, quiet, with bus stops nearby, easy access to all public services. The house is cozy, with two large rooms and one small, one room has a private bathroom.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet area, not very far or very near the capital. At 15 kilometers from the capital. Nearby are several shopping centers, supermarkets and Universities. Public transport is very good with buses every 10 minutes in "rush hour" and every 20 minutes during normal business hours. The bus stop is near the house. At 150 meters the bus to the capital return and takes the bus to frentea it.

House Rules
Smoking indoors is not allowed. Please ensure the safety of the house, the double pass is used on gates and doors. You must agree with us visitors. It should reduce the noise after 10pm. Enjoy your stay and our house is like yours.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
