Hello how are you, we are just behind CC Santafe in Poblado. We are looking for independent people with a calm and respectful profile and very clean and tidy to share, we are hard-working and professional people or Colombian or foreign students, men or women. There are 4 rooms for 4 people and 2 share the same bathroom, the rest have their own bathroom . Visits are allowed but only 2 per week and if it is dawn it is different, we are only looking for one person. If you use a kitchen, you must leave everything VERY CLEAN, surfaces and floors, more of all, WITHOUT missing! The apt is on the 19th floor with beautiful views of the entire city, fast WIFI 300 megabytes, there is a pool with heating until 9pm, Turkish (Steam room), gym, social room and tennis court and many green areas... it is in Ceylan park behind CC Santa Fe in Poblado. The price includes general cleaning 1-2 times a month and cleaning supplies.

About the Area
The apartment is located behind the mall Santa Fe less than 5min walk just behind Avenida Poblado in one of the most exclusive and secure areas of the city.Carulla is a 24 hours supermarket just 5min walk and lots of restaurants and other interesting sites are closeby, like gyms, shops..etc
Public transportation also in 5min walk you are in avenida Poblado where you can take buses almost everywhere and also 20min walk from Aguacatala metro station.

Meals

House Rules
You can have 2 visits per week from people you know for a few hours, we don't accept lots of different people for security reasons like prostitutes are not allowed, neither is allowed overstays during night..
If you use the kitchen you should let everything very clean like wash utilises immediately and surfaces and floors.Also if you use the kitchen often we take shifts to take out rubbish every 3 days..smoke or drugs are not allowed to the property.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
