30 minutes from Medellin and 20 minutes from Rionegro.
Pets allowed with restrictions: They can not get on the bed, they must cleanse what they do inside the house, and they must be sociable and we have pets at home, carnet force and not mistreat them.

We are located in the El Cerro, of Santa Elena, close to Mirador del Cerro.
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

We have two dogs and a cat. People who come to spend with us should tolerate. any animal abuse is not tolerated.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with utensils available, dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots.
Everything must be delivered washed and clean.
It has a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, Direct TV service.
The signal from the cellular operator TIGO is excellent, even in high-end cellular signal reaches 4G.
The bathroom has an electric hot tub, towel body and hands available, plus soap body and hands.
It has a sofa bed (futon) for comfort and also features a room with double bed, equipped with sheets and cobjija.
It also has a mini-caloventor available for the cold, which should not be covered with anything security measures.
The gas must be closed as a precaution when going to sleep.
The house has extinguisher in an emergency. It has a direct line to the police in case of emergency.
The territory of Santa Elena does not have emergency room for what should be remembered that in case of emergency should go to Medellin and Rionegro.
The local cuisine is very wide, from international food, typical food, roasts and seafood. Please check with us to recommend the best in our experience.
We have a mini-store with some items for personal hygiene: toothbrush, deodorant, condoms, sanitary towels, razors, soaps, among others, available for sale to our guests.
As hosts we are willing to give all the information and support necessary to make your stay the best experience. Please feel free to call, talk or look to answer any questions.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
