Spacious room, with a large, very ventilated closet, independent full bathroom, in a spectacular house in a closed unit with a Turkish, private gym and fireplace, large gardens and internet.
The residential unit is in a country area with natural forest, has a swimming pool, social room and 24-hour security. Wide access roads and ease of transportation.
A few steps away we have a shopping mall with a supermarket and several restaurants.
The Medellín Metro, La Estrella Station, less than 10 minutes walk, public bicycle station. In a 15-minute walk you will cross the municipality of Sabaneta, with a wide gastronomic and entertainment offer.
Our family is made up of mom, dad and only 2 male children of 15 and 20 years old who speak perfect English and medium French, they have lived in Canada for 6 months.

About the Area
Our house is south of Medellín in the municipality of La Estrella, in a closed unit with 24-hour private security, a very quiet area with large forests and natural gardens.
A few steps from a shopping mall and less than 10 minutes from the Metro and integrated transportation system for the entire Aburra Valley

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Guest visits are not accepted in our house.
Pets are not accepted.
Smoking is not accepted.
You can use the kitchen as long as you wash the items used.
It is assigned a fixed space in the refrigerator and kitchen cupboard.
You have the right to use the washing machine two days a week.
You can use the private gym every day.
You can use the private Turkish 2 days a week.
The pool in the common area can be used 6 days a week.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
