House in a peaceful neighbourhood, owned by a young couple who also live in the same house and will be sharing the house with guests during their stay. The house has 24/7 security surveillance cameras at the front enterance, livingroom, kitchen, and basement. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor and 1 bedroom is upstairs with the bathroom. The guest bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, ready for you.
We offer pick up from the airport or specific location at additional cost of $50 upon guests request.

Our home is situated in the heart of Windsor. It is a few steps away from gignac park, close to medical buildings, shopping centres, bus routes, and resturants.

House Rules
- Payments made upon arrival are not refundable.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking/ no drinking.
- Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
- Always keep bedroom, kitchen area, and bathroom clean after use.
- Bring and use your own personal belongings. Spare combs, toothbrushes, towels, clothings, toothpaste, bath sponges will not be available.
- Stove and cookers are not available for use.
- Refrigerator and microwave are available for use.
- Wash dishes and other kitchen utensils immediately after use.
- Loss of keys will result in $10 CAD fee for replacement.
- No friends coming over or sleeping over allowed.
- No playing of loud music.
- ABSOLUTELY No downloading and uploading of movies, T.V. shows, music or any media using the house wifi connection, in order to prevent copyright infringement/violations.
- Curfew: Guests should be home no later than 11pm daily.
- Shoes, slippers, and sandals should not be worn inside the house.
- Please keep noise level down inside the house at all times.
- Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
