Nice size house and located at the end of a lovely and quiet cul-de-sac. The house is a little over 2100 square feet with a living room, large living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen is available to use if needed. Free Wi-Fi and on-site laundry access. The private room is a beautifully decorated with a plush, luxury, brand new single bed, closet, desk and boasts a nice big window with a view of the cul-de-sac and the Olympic mountains on a clear day!
There is a large fenced backyard with fruit trees with a huge nice trampoline for keeping active.
I work for the government. The neighbourhood is conveniently across major bus routes and located near schools, UVIC, Gordon Head recreation centre, shopping such as grocery stores and 5 minutes from the beach. Plenty of street parking.
Guests can walk to shops and restaurants. Nearby buses gets you directly to downtown, UVIC, shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores and movie theatres.

Homestay fee payment is due at the time of booking. Partial refund if cancelled within 7 full days prior to planned arrival date. Full refund if cancelled two weeks prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date.

Convenient bus routes downtown, near by shopping malls and back. Quiet cul de sac with fruit trees. Comfortable bed in a cozy room. Limited access to cooking, fridge in kitchen. Friendly and helpful host & roomies. Thanks. Best wishes Sabina.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
