My home is in a prime location in east Vancouver & close to downtown. Close to coffee shops and walking distance to cute shopping areas. The rooms available are private with a shared bathroom. There are laundry facilities available & lots of street parking. I am a single-working professional often out or at the office. I just accept females or couples.

Our house is located in the center of east vancouver. Downtown is a 5 minute drive and the airport is 15 minutes away. The bus is a 2 minute walk from the house and there are many transit options available from here.

Polly and her family live in East Vancouver, close to Robson Park, and have been all exceptionally kind to me. I slept in a comfy king-size bed in a spacious loft with a mirror, a ceiling-fan, an en-suite bathroom, and wi-fi connection. A few steps from the house there is a convenient bus stop (number 8) getting to the Waterfront. Also Main Street, the Science World, and the trendy bars and restaurants on the Dock of the Olympic Village are really close. It has been a very pleasant discovery and I recommend it for travellers looking for a peaceful place in a residential area.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
