If guests book more than one month, we require to pay one month fee one week before arriving ( on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com).
If guests book less than one month, we require to pay whole fee one week before arriving ( on top of the 15% service fee paid to hoomestay.com)
The payment can be paid through Paypal.
Cancellation policy:
We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days' notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded
House rules:
- No shoes indoors.
- Do not bring guests over without confirming with us first.
- Please put wet umbrellas in the bucket beside the door and shoes on the shoe shelves.
- Quiet time from 11pm to 8am.
- Clean up after yourself in the bathroom. Squeegee the glass door in the shower and keep the floor dry.
- Laundry facilities available as per schedule.
- Bi-weekly inspection of room for cleanliness and safety.
- No locks on the door as per the City of Vancouver regulations.
- Each bed room provides private microwave and mini refrigerator.
- Please separate the waste (organics, recyclables, and garbage) as per city requirements. Any violation will incur a penalty.
- No smoking.
- No pets.

Etienne is very polite and friendly. We had a good time with him. He likes to cook different kind of food and every time he clean well after using the kitchen. Thank him for sharing the food with us. We (my family ) like him and looking forward to seeing him next year.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
