Home is located downtown toronto, more west from the city's center. The family lives in the home upstairs, Dad, mom, 2 brothers, and brother's girlfriend. The bedroom is located in the finished basement, which has its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There's a second bedroom in the basement as well that is vacant, and is also available. This bedroom is spacious with a double bed, and two windows. It has a bedside table, and will have a studying table. The basement also has its own entrance from the side of the house. We only speak english at the home. We have 2 bicycles that can be used in Spring/Summer/Fall. We have a large backyard, and also a small dog.

About the Area
The house is located right across from a high school. There is a bus stops 1 min away from the house that makes it a prime location for public transportation to get to and from places! We are located in downtown Toronto, but on the more west side of the city.

Payment can be made by cash or via bank trasfer -- whatever is prefered.
House Cleanliness Rules
Dishes are to be washed and not left in the sink. Clean up after yourself policy! Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am.
Homestay Rules
If preparing meals are requested (for a fee), being informed whether or not they will be attending dinner.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
