Our house is in a friendly and calm neighborhood. We are nearby City Center. The bust stop is only 2 minutes’ walk from the house and Train station is 10 min walkable. The area facilities with Parks, beach, trails, shopping area etc.

House Rules for Short-Term Rental Guests-
Welcome ! We want to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and comfortable for everyone. Please take a moment to review and adhere to the following house rules:
General Rules:
• No Visitors Allowed: For the privacy and security of all guests, visitors are not permitted on the property.
• Cleaning Responsibility: You are responsible for cleaning your room and your in-suite washroom during your stay and for leaving the room in the same cleanliness as you found it.
• Common Area Cleaning: In addition to your private space, you are also responsible for cleaning any used spaces in the common area.
• Kitchen Access: You have access to the kitchen, but each resident is expected to use their own groceries. Groceries are not included in the rental price.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: You are allowed to use the kitchen, but it's your responsibility to clean up after yourself each time you use it.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the premises.
• Events and Photography: Events, Parties, Commercial photography and filming are only allowed with the prior consent of the host.
• Surveillance Cameras: For everyone's safety, external security cameras are in use on the property.
• Decor and Property Care: Please refrain from using glitter, tapes on walls, or any items that may damage the property's woodwork or cabinets. Commercial photography or videography is not allowed without prior written consent.
• Sound Monitoring: Sound monitoring devices are in place for safety and to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
• No Firearms: The possession and use of firearms on the property are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours after 9 PM. No loud noise or parties are allowed.
• Checkout Time: Check-out time is at 11 AM.
• Garbage Disposal: Please tie garbage bags closed and place them in the bins at the curb. Use the green bin for food waste and black for general waste.
• Laundry Service: Washing Charge: If you require laundry services, there is an additional charge of $5 per load.
Guide Book:
• No Shoes: Please remove your shoes at the door to keep the property clean.
• Report Damages: If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately.
• Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, and electronics when you leave the property to conserve energy.
Violation of House Rules: Please note that immediate termination of your stay, without refund, may result from any violation of these house rules. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
