Hi. My four bedroom townhome is located in the JUNCTION of Toronto (Keele and St.Clair) 20 mins from the airport and 20 mins to Downtown. There are two private fully furnished rooms upstairs with the use of your own full 3 piece washroom. Both rooms have closets and one has a small balcony (very nice having the door open in the summer) A very bright clean kitchen with a walkout to the deck where we have a BBQ with gas hook up and the common room are on the main floor. There is laundry facilities on site and street parking. We are steps from Transit/Food/Shopping/Schools and all amenities. I am a single professional-father of two boys. I enjoy an active lifestyle which includes cycling, paddling and hiking.

About the Area
The Junction is a trendy neighborhood in the West side of Toronto. You will be steps away from shopping, great food and 24 hour Transit. High Park is a 20 min walk, Airport is a 20 min drive and getting downtown is approx 20 mins away. We are within close proximity to George Brown college and University of Toronto. If you like the water a short trip south will take you to LAKE ONTARIO and Sunny Side beach which has access to many walking/riding paths.

I spent two months in Mario's house via Homestay and as a student I loved it!
From the moment I arrived, my host gave me a warm welcome and made me feel right at home. His house was comfortable and clean, and he was always there to answer my questions and share tips about Toronto. I would recommend this host for an authentic experience abroad.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
