It is a decent size house in a convenience area surrounding with nice parks and a lot of food options in the area. I live upstair. no kids in the house so it is a very quiet.
Basement - one room with private bathroom (fully furnished with Queen size bed, desks, chair, closet, lamp)
2nd floor room - share bathroom with one girl (fully furnished with bed, desks, chair, closet, lamp)
Perfect for Single women/ Female students.

Cancellation policy:
Full refund: a guest cancels more than 7 days in advance the guest will be refunded this deposit payment amount.
Zero refund: a guest cancels less than 7 days in advance of arrival or fails to arrive.

House Rules
- No Pet, None Smoke No Drugs

- Must keep the place clean
- quiet , respectful clean female tenant
- do laundry after 7pm on weekdays or anytime on weekend
- Guest can only bring maximum three luggages to the house.
- Guest cannot bring Furnitures and/or outdoor equipments (bike, stroller, etc) to the house.
- Guest must remove outdoor shoes before entering the house.
- No turmeric or curry or any things that might stain the countertops and floors
Additional rule people staying more than one week:
- the accommodation would include three rolls of toilet papers for the first week and some laundry detergent.
- extra roll of toilet paper cost : $4 per roll
Rules for tenant staying more than two weeks:
1) addition to the rules stated above, only one load of laundry per week.
2) tenant should buy their own toilet paper ms and detergent for laundry

Alice is such a kind person and really cared for me as her tenant. The room and the bathroom are clean and offer privacy. I could use the kitchen and the washing machine ! Thanks for the nice stay!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
