I live in a quite neighborhood and have big back and front yard with fish pond in front and back. I have five rooms available but there is two rooms in it, we have for specifically females only but other three rooms are available for everyone . We do have rooms for males as well.

our house is located by surrey central mall and sky train station walking distance to park and convenience store swimming pool etc .We are 14min walk to Gateway station, about 21 min to surrey central station, about 25min walk to walmart and surrey central mall. We're about 45 minutes away from downtown Vancouver.

Mohammed and his family were warm and courteous. I enjoyed a scrumptious family dinner and got to know everyone. The room was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Although short, I enjoyed my stay and will return soon. Thank you for hosting me.

I have stayed there for 7 nights in early winter. The experience was horrible against coldness. Host have false heating system (ducts and vents without linkage with furnance), and he is proud of his cleverness. He doesn't believe on cold sensation as well as thermometer readings. He is not helpful to the guest on this basic amenity of heating.

Sorry to hear you felt that way, I tried to do everything you asked for, because I have had guests stay in that room with -15 degree outside temperature and they never had any problem.

Zanifa and Mohammed are the kindest and friendliest hosts I could have encountered. They always helped me with everything and made me feel at home.
The accommodation is comfortable and the location is great, with easy access to the sky train and other conveniences. I couldn't have chosen a better family for my arrival in Canada.Host reply

My stay was a great way to start my stay in Canada! Mohammed is a great host, very friendly and up for a good chat; made my stay very easy. The home has all that you need, in a nice quiet neighbourhood, but still walking distance to skytrain & Surrey’s main shopping area. I am glad I had the opportunity to stay with this lovely family.

A beautiful and comfortable house with a friendly and helpful couple!
Mohammed and his wife helped me a lot during my three-day stay.
They asked me if I had eaten breakfast and provided me with cereal, milk, and bread.
When I found my debit card being left in their house after leaving there, they immediately checked the room and told me they'd send it to my living place in Canada.

It’s a great place to stay.It had the best moments staying there. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is perfectly maintained.Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed. The host was extremely friendly.Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms are much spacious and comfy. I loved the ambience and sometimes miss it.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.Thank you Mohammed for being such a nice host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
