Hi, my name is Queenie and my husband is Stevie. We speak mainly English at home and can speak Vietnamese and a Cantonese. Both of us love travelling and learning about new cultures and trying out new foods. We both like to play pc games, board games, badminton and tennis. The price includes light breakfast, if you would like to arrange for lunch and/or dinner meals, that can be arranged at an additional cost, otherwise, you can use the kitchen freely.

About the Area
Our house is located directly across from a park equipped with tennis court, basketball court, baseball diamond, community outdoor public pool, playground and schools. We are about a 10 minute walk to Surrey Central Skytrain station, Bus loop and City Hall and approximately 12-15 minute walk to Surrey Central Mall, T&T Supermarket, Walmart and some restaurants and cafe's in the area. The skytrain provides easy access to Downtown Vancouver, Coquitlam, Richmond, Burnaby and New Westminster. Also, you can take the skytrain or bus to post secondary schools such as, Simon Fraser University, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Douglas College, Sprott Shaw College, Stenberg College, etc.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
1. Please be respectful to everyone.
2. No smoking, no parties, no drugs.
3. Please keep room clean and clean up after yourself.
4. Please keep common areas and washroom clean by cleaning and sanitizing.
5. Separate garbage, organics, recycling and dispose into bins outside.
6. Laundry is once a week.
7. Please make sure doors are always locked when leaving and entering the house, we will provide you with a key.
8. Please turn lights off when sleeping, if night light is needed, please let us know.
Payment method: Please note that I require my guests to pay 20% of the booking total to me (maximum of $200) 30 days prior to arrival to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com)
Cancellation Policy: I ask my guests to give me at least 10 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
