Our house is conveniently located in the heart of Chimney Heights minutes away from a golf course and a few blocks away from 152nd street where you can catch a bus to get anywhere in the lower mainland. Our home is spacious and furnished. We have 2 bedrooms that we do not use and my mother is the sole occupant. These rooms have their own locks, can be equipped with desks and smart tv's upon request. The house is cleaned weekly by a cleaner. Don't let the pictures fool you, they were taken by my mother. We have a nice yard at the back, living and dining space. The rooms will be setup for your comfort and well being. It should be noted, we also have basement tenants that are very personable and fun as well.

Loud music, pets, parties, smoking, drugs, and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted. Maintaining cleanliness is obligatory.
Upon your arrival, you are required to pay the complete rent amount, excluding the deposit you've paid through Homestay. If you are staying longer than a month then you have the option to pay monthly.
Regarding our cancellation policy, please be aware that if you decide to shorten your stay, 75% of the monthly amount paid is non-refundable

I recently had the privilege of staying at this homestay in Surrey, BC, and I can honestly say that it was one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, Mrs.Parvinder treated me like her own daughter, creating an atmosphere of warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. I cannot recommend this homestay enough to anyone visiting Surrey, BC.
Upon arrival, I was welcomed with open arms by her, whose genuine smile instantly made me feel at ease. The house itself was immaculate, reflecting the care and attention to detail that the she put into maintaining a comfortable and inviting environment for her guests. The tasteful decor, cozy furnishings, and meticulously clean rooms truly made it feel like a home away from home.
What truly set this homestay apart was the incredible hospitality I received. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. From providing helpful tips and recommendations about local attractions and restaurants to engaging in meaningful conversations, she effortlessly created an atmosphere of genuine connection and friendship.
The level of care and attention I received during my stay was unparalleled. The owner made sure that I had everything I needed, from fresh towels and toiletries to a delicious breakfast each morning. She even took the time to inquire about my dietary preferences and accommodated them with grace. I was truly touched by her thoughtfulness and generosity.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
