Our house is located in north Surrey and quite neighborhood area .
This studio(private room)has own with full bath, microwave, water dispenser, small refrigerator , mini kitchenette and has its own entrance and do laundry once a week.
Our house is near in Guildford shopping mall, Riverside Heights shopping centre, Guildford cinema &recreation, Holly park and near high school & elementary school, 3 mins walk in bus stop, near highway 1.
We have extra room(private room for woman only) but shared in kitchen and with private bathroom and laundry once a week.

About the Area
Our house has Quiet neighborhood area near 3 mins walk in bus stop , elem. school and high school, near Riverside heights shopping centre like Buy Low, restaurants, Fabricland, ICBC, Shoppers Drug mart and others. Also, it is 3 mins drive or 14 mins walk to Guildford mall and Guildford recreation center and 8-10 mins walk to Holly park with swimming pool and children playground.

cartons and paper (recycle), food waste (organic), plastics , plastic container, personal hygiene stuffs and other(garbage)

The location is great! I had a bed, a own little kitchen and a bathroom and all was very clean. Maria and her husband are really nice persons. Maria told me some things I have to see in Vancouver. I enjoyed my stay there!
It's easy to get downtown, you just get the bus (it's about a 3 min walk away) and drive to the skytrain station.
There is also a supermarket near by.

Actually 10 hearts for Maria. She and her family are so kind, provided information of places around. They are very helpful and warming. No regrets! Room is clean and provided everything you need. Accessible to bus stops, few minutes to skytrain station. Love Maria! Book it now!

Book this place !
1. The unit itself if fabulous. It has everything you would need.
2. This particular neighborhood is safe
3. It is 10 min bus ride from Gateway station. Buses are frequent and bus stop is 2 min walk. Lots of students and new comers in the buses. You would be 45 - 60 min away from Downtown via Skytrain.
4. Major shopping centres are at walking distance (3min for a near by one and 10min for Guildford shopping centre)
5. The family is really nice and gave me all the privacy I needed.
6. The area is mostly safe. You will see many families, students, new comers. Suburbia vibes.Host reply

How do I book?

When do I pay?

When can I share my contact details?
