Welcome to my fantastic apartment, where you'll find your very own private rooftop patio complete with a relaxing hot tub – a true year-round gem. I have a deep passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail, so you'll notice the thoughtful touches throughout the space.
The bedroom is cozy yet functional, featuring a single bed, a spacious desk, and a comfortable chair – the perfect setup for anyone who needs a peaceful place to study. You'll also discover ample storage space with a roomy closet and dresser for all your belongings.
Spanning approximately 750 square feet, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite comes with a unique perk – a massive 700 square foot rooftop patio with breathtaking mountain views from every angle. It's a wonderful spot to unwind.
The building itself is nearly new, less than 2 years old, and boasts top-of-the-line appliances. Plus, you'll have the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer right in the suite.
As for me, I'm a young professional who works from home, ensuring the space is always impeccably clean and stylishly designed. I'm a North Vancouver native, born and raised, and I love taking my sweet 8-year-old dog for tranquil walks in the nearby trails. She's a well-behaved, calm companion.

About the Area
Located in the heart of North Vancouver on Lonsdale and 8Th st. Very easy to bus anywhere, or walk down to the seabus and head to downtown Vancouver. Whole foods market is 2 blocks away, lots of shops and restaurants on Lonsdale are easy to get to and get around. The Shipyards in lower Lonsdale is also beautiful and is a 15 minute walk or easy bus ride to.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Carmel is an amazing host! She’s really kind and was always reachable if I had any requests. The accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures. Also the apartment is well located! I just loved staying here, so I would definitely recommend this stay ! :-)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
