Good morning,
The room rented is located in Montreal in the Ville-Marie district. We are located 5-10 minutes from the Papineau metro station and Lafontaine Park. We are very close to the Village (Sainte-Catherine pedestrian street in the summer) and there is a Bixi bike and bus station very close to the apartment. There is the nearby Faubourg Park and the Jacques Cartier Bridge to get out of the city or go to Parc Jean-Drapeau.
Possibility of parking cars on the street for free. You should pay attention to the restrictions on Wednesday and Thursday between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. and the sticker zones.
We are 2 people who live in the apartment and provide a furnished room with a bed, desk and internet access. The common rooms are accessible and all furnished. There is a living room, a dining room, a toilet on the main floor and a bathroom on the upper floor. There are 2 balconies where you can sit and enjoy the good weather.
My boyfriend and I are sports enthusiasts (bicycles, water polo, spikeball, etc.) We like spending time outside if the weather is nice. We also like small, relaxed evenings playing board games and movie or show evenings. We speak French and English.

About the Area
Our home is located a maximum of 10 minutes from the Papineau metro station on the green line. We are in the south of the city near the St. Lawrence River. This is a neighborhood where things are happening. Some nice little bakeries near the apartment. We are about 20 minutes from the entertainment district on foot where there are festivals during the summer (Jazz Festival, Francofolie,...). A bike station is nearby and we are near Parc Lafontaine and Plateau Mont-Royal.

Payment for the reservation can be made by e-transfer (interac transfer) or via Paypal, for reservations. For short stays, payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
Check-In is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is on the day of departure mentioned in the reservation at maximum 12 p.m. (noon).
When the reservation is made, we will contact you for payment details.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
