Private 1br 1 bathroom in downtown Mississauga close to Square One. The unit is a furnished 2bedroom condo which the guest will be sharing during her stay in the unit as second room is occupied by the hosts. This beautiful condo is close to the famous Square One Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, Cineplex, and many more amenities. 15 Mins drive to Toronto Pearson International Airport and downtown Toronto. City skyline view, Courtyard view. The condo includes a Clubhouse with fantastic entertainment and wellness facilities: indoor swimming pool, indoor squash courts, indoor basketball court, cinema room, indoor recreation rooms perfect for hosting visitors.
This room is suitable for a single working professional, for newcomers, for working from home, or students.
Working desk and office chair, Wi-Fi and utilities are included.

*this is a warm Christian home with Christ centered beliefs. The host lives a quiet life, the guest is expected to respect a quiet and calm atmosphere.

I'm a clean neat person and keep a clean home. I expect my guest to be clean and tidy.

Booking will only be confirmed, once payment is received. No reservation before payment.
Smoking, vapering or marijuana is strictly not allowed in the unit or balcony
Valid Government issued ID's is required prior to reservation.
Laundry in the evening from 7:00 PM, anytime on weekends/public holidays.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
