I have a private guest room furnished with a queen sized bed, work desk and bedroom drawers. It is located in the Cote Saint-Luc neighborhood, in the South-west part of Montreal Island. It's also about a 20 minute drive from the Pierre-Elliot Trudeau Airport.
My residential neighborhood isn't far from the Loyola Campus of Concordia University. For public transportation, there are bus stops a couple blocks away from my apartment, that take you to the nearest subway station. If you have a car, street parking is available close to the building.
My apartment is very relaxed and spacious. The large windows draw in a lot of natural light during the day. However, I do own blackout curtains if you prefer that in your bedroom. Guests may use the kitchen for light cooking provided they clean up after themselves.
Guests are free to use the entire living space. I don't have any streaming services nor cable. However, I do have an HDMI cable that permits you to plug in your laptop for your viewing pleasure on the flat screen T.V. in the living room.

House Rules
***Prior to confirming your booking, it is very important to send an introduction about yourself and send a video message through Homestay.com's messaging platform. Communication is important to me. I will not confirm a booking without some form of formal introduction to get to know the person I'm hosting in my home.***
1) All guests must return the apartment spare keys and laundry mat card directly to me before you leave on your checkout date.
Lost apartment keys will require a charge of $60 for them to be replaced
Lost and damaged laundry cards will be a charge of $20 to be replaced
2) A 25% deposit must be made for your reservation through Homestay.
The Remaining balance of the reservation can be payed by local Interac e-transfer, cash, Wise transfer or PayPal.
3) Additional guests who haven't been confirmed and verified by me prior to the guest booking process are not allowed in my home.
4) No parties
5) Remove shoes when entering my apartment
6) Maintain your space and keep the premises clean.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Beatrice is one of the nicest hosts you can find. She's kind, respectful and welcoming. It was great chatting and haging out with her and her suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. in Montreal are super helpful! The appartment is also nice and tidy and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommended host!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
