A bright and relaxing bedroom with a dresser and closet space for guest(s). This space includes a private bathroom located directly across the bedroom. Easy and convenient parking. Location is a 10-20 minute walk to restaurants, parks, groceries and downtown Chilliwack where you can enjoy cafes, bookstores, breweries and shopping. In suite laundry available, I will wash and change bed sheets and clean the bathroom bi-weekly. Laundry detergent and cleaning supplies are included with your stay. Its important to me that you are friendly with my cat, Bella. House rules include asking me before inviting someone into the home, quiet time at 10PM. Bike storage locker available. Access to streaming services (Netflix, Disney, Discovery+ included).

I had an amazing time during my stay with Jessica! The guest room and bathroom were perfect. Very clean, cozy, quiet and beautifully decorated. I had plenty of privacy and felt very comfortable here. Jessica was extremely kind, helpful, considerate, accommodating, and very easy to live with. She was always happy to answer questions, provide directions and suggest cool places to check out in the area. The location was also super convenient (right by the hospital, leisure centre, grocery stores and everything else I needed). As a student doing a practicum at the hospital, this was the ideal place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible experience during my stay at this house. Not only was the place impeccably clean, but the house owner's hospitality truly made my first time in Canada unforgettable. She went out of her way to help me integrate into the new environment and provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. To top it off, Bella, her precious cat, was not only adorable but also incredibly friendly. This stay exceeded all my expectations, and I'm grateful for the wonderful memories I've created here.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
