This new renovated house has five bed rooms and two of the bedrooms at basement that is a suite for homestay, these two rooms are spacious single bedroom that comes with full bathroom with tub, living room, TV and treadmill is also available to use. The basic furnishing includes a queen size bed, a desk with office chair and lamp. This room also has window and plenty of light of the day. we can prepare Chinese food if needed for three meals with extra cost and also we can provide Chinese lessons if needed. Thank you!!!

Our home located at Southwest of Calgary, conveniently located close to Elementary, Junior High, High School, and parks. 7-minute d rive to Cardel Rec Centre and Shawnessy Shopping Centre and major road systems.10 mins drive to Costco. 2 mins drives to Sobeys,dental clinic and Tim Hortons, 2 mins walk to Bus No.14 and 7 mins drive to Somerset C-Train. Double wide driveway and double garage. beautiful kitchen and living room. everything is new renovated, and all kitchen hardware is brand-new!!!

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
