Each two private bedrooms shared one bathroom. Each of bedroom size over 400 sqft.

We are looking for no smoking, no pets, no party, tenants to live with.
My property located north Burnaby and Burnaby mountain golf course is our neighborhood. Here is the lowest criminal place and lots of high level people are here.

House Rules

We are looking for no smoking, no pets, no party, tenants to live with.
We will tell tenants our rules and how to use the equipment we prepared for tenants using and ask tenants 100% follower our rules.
About our rules as follows
1. Tenants must promise our suite maximum two occupiers and no overnight visitors.

2. Tenants must promise No Drugs (including Marijuana) and No Smoking no vapor indoor or outdoor around owners property area.

3. Owners don't allow any kind of drug (including Marijuana, weed) be grow/plant or sale or smoke indoor/outdoor around owner property.

4. Tenants must promise not to throw any toilet paper, tissues…etc. into the toilet. And also, when cleaning the tableware, don’t allow any of the residues flow into the sewer to avoid clogging. Landlord hired professional plumber using camera to check every sewer pipes already and every sewer pipes are clean and no clogged. If tenant make any clogged in the future, landlord will absolutely charge back who did the damage.

5. Tenants must promise to comply with the garbage collection laws of city of Burnaby to separate the waste.

6. Tenants must promise No Pets and NO Party and No Anything nailed on the wall.

7. Tenants must promise that when leaving the room must turn off all the lights, water and other non-essential equipment to save energy. The whole house heating system will control by temperature sensor automatically.

8. The heating system might close when during the daylight saving time from March to October. In the winter season, the heating is regulated by itself in accordance with BC's recommendations to ensure that carbon monoxide poisoning is not caused by the opening of the heating.

9. For safety Basic water, electricity, Heating, Internet access (electrical power up to 300W / hour or more and flame equipment are not allowed in the suite or any of bedroom), this service is included in the monthly rent.

10.If end of tenancy early by tenants, all of the security deposit of tenants’ can not get refund and will be charge the landlord’s rent lost bylaw.

11.Do not allow to open the music, sound…etc. too loud, not to interfere the others as the principle and to give whole person in this house a peaceful living environment.

12.Tenants agree with that landlord can go into the suite to check or repair the equipment with notice. When an emergency occurs and the homeowner must immediately enter for inspection or repair without notice or by phone SMS notification.

13.For safety Basic water, electricity, Heating, Internet access (electrical power up to 300W / hour or more and flame equipment are not allowed in the room), this service is included in the monthly rent.

14.Do not allow to open the music, sound…etc. too loud, not to interfere the others as the principle and to give whole person in this house a peaceful living environment.

15. For long term tenant must agree that the landlord can increase the rent each year by following the BC Gov’s require.

Smoking Rules

Your host is a non-smoker.

Smoking is not allowed.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
