We are a small family with teenage Son Going to University. I am a Freelancer Business owner, and my spouse is mostly stay home. We have a small Bridle puppy She is very adorable, quiet and ultra friendly.
This is a resort style House spanning on 2 Acres of natural beauty. Huge House with a lavish basement that has 2 Furnished Bedrooms available for home stay. Bedrooms are Hotel style with all the beddings, Computer desk, chair and Closet. you will have personal access to about 2500 Sq ft of space filled with Luxuries. Living Room with 65-inch TV, Pool table, Bar, Gym, Personal Kitchen, Movie Room. Outside you will have about 2 acres of Private property that has Huge Deck, Swimming pool, and tennis Court. Tons of car parking. Gas powered ATV to ride on, Bicycles, Basketball area, and tons of enjoyments. This House is only 20 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport, 20 Minutes to City Hospital, One hour to downtown Toronto. All houses in the area are sprawling 2 acres Plots. Its super Luxury to live in this area.
Upstairs of the House is about 5000 Sq ft and lavishly furnished for accessibility.

Our house is about 20 minutes to Toronto Person Airport and City Hospital. about One Hour to Toronto Downtown. It's about 6 Minutes' walk to the Bus stop. Within 10 Minutes you will find full shopping complex with all stores. Lots of park and trails is with in 5 minutes' walk.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
