About this space. Bella’s Place: is a basement located about 12 to 15 mins from down town Ottawa , 7mins to the mariner beach , 2mins walk to bus stop. 5mins to Aylmer gallery mall and other shopping centers and restaurants, gym , swimming pool . Unlimited WiFi, and a Smart TV .
The precious basement space hosts two bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one with full bed . The living room has a sofa coach bed and a queen size airbed for extra quests. The room with queen size has a smart TV . Simple and easy to do Self - service breakfast included. I provide and you make yourself. The laundry machine : washer and dryer are available to guests who have booked for 5 nights or more .
I am happy to offer preset tour itineraries of local points of interest or custom itineraries based on your personal interests. Many local attractions are within a short drive and I am pleased to share any information that will assist you in having a wonderful vacation.

Our House is located in a quiet golf course neighborhood , in Alymer . 2 mins walk to bus stop. 5 mins drive to Alymer Gallery shopping mall . other shopping centers Many restaurants and local shops on a 5-7 min walking distance , Macdonalds, tim hortins , Star bucks, pizza shops , Cibc , RBC , Scotia, TD , Dejardins , National banks 5 mins to 7 mins walk. Giant Tiger, pharma Prix, etc. Public Swimming pool and gym. Mariner beach . we are just 12 to 15 mins to Down town Ottawa and 15 mins to Gatineau down town, 25 mins from airport. surrounded by 3 golf courses . lots to see and do i this quiet neighborhood. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
