We have two flats house in a beautiful Rodopi mountains in Bulgaria. We rent the flat on the second floor. It has a great terrace with breathtaking view . There is modern bathroom in the same floor. Kitchen and corridor are also available. If you book one of the rooms you will share the bathroom, kitchen and the terrace with other guests. If you book two bedrooms you will enjoy the whole flat for yourself.
It is a rural place with wild nature. There are plenty of walks starting exactly from our house. You should be in a good fit to stay there .

It is two floors home. Every one has its own entrance and bathroom.I rent the second floor( which is with two bedrooms available plus kitchen, a big terrace and bathroom) I live in the first floor .

About the Area
This two floors house situated on the top of the village.You have amazing view. You literally feel as you are flying over a rolling mountain.Yards in this village are open and no one uses fences.This is truly an authentic place to experience. This area is stunningly beautiful.There are many mineral water springs, pools, hiking paths, caves and entertainment parks. The village is situated 6 km. from nearest very famous touristic town Devin and two hours driving time to Plovdiv ( at about 95 I’m.)

House Rules
It is a place for relax, nature enjoying , walking, hiking and so on:) We don’t expect the guests doing parties and be too loud. You can bring your pet by request if it has a good behaviour.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
