We are in the Rio Comprido neighborhood, central area of the city of Rio de Janeiro. In a few minutes, by public transport, you can reach the south zone (beaches) and the center of our city. Safe and residential location with abundant local commerce. We are a 20-minute walk from a metro station, as well as several bus lines that serve the neighborhood. The house consists of a few suites furnished as described.

Our House is located in the Rio Comprido neighborhood in the central area of the city of Rio de Janeiro. We are just a few minutes away by public transport from the south and downtown areas.

House Rules
It is not permitted to place/hang banners, posters, clothes or any type of objects on parapets, handrails, windows, balconies, etc. Pets are prohibited inside the house. Parties and events are not allowed. The presence of people outside the host inside the house is prohibited.
Respect the number of guests indicated.
It is prohibited to light any type of fire/flame inside the house.
Please respect, among others, the law of silence.
It is prohibited to leave the main door open.
Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room.
Smoking is prohibited.
It is only allowed to turn on the air conditioning from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
