Guests of this charming rooms will be staying in an elegant house, benefiting from free breakfast, and access to the beautiful leafy garden with barbeque facilities. We are situated in the Hietzing District of Vienna.
The room is one of the two guest bedrooms available in this property. It can accommodate 2 guests. There is a bathroom and separate WC for exclusive guest use. The rest of the house is shared with the friendly hosting family.
Enjoy summer barbeques in the outdoor seating area, in the spacious garden, or relax in the tastefully decorated living/dining room. Guests also have access to the shared kitchen.

There is a very good connection to the public transport network: We are close to the center of Hietzing and the center of vienna as well. Tram line 60/62 only 3 minutes, U4 10 minutes, S60 in 1 minutes to Vienna Central Station.
In just 25 minutes you are in the historic center of Vienna. "Schönbrunn Palace" and the "Vienna Zoo" are just 10 minutes away. You will also find several Supermarkets, organic stores and several restaurants next to our door as well.

Alice and Oliver's lovely quiet home was a good base to explore Vienna. They let me find my own way around but enjoyed discussing my plans and experiences in the city. There was a satisfying and varied breakfast set out each morning as well as an occasional shared treat.

Alice and Oliver were really kind, helpful and always made sure to make me very comfortable during the stay. The house was lovely and clean. The room was exactly as described, really charming. I really enjoyed my stay here!

What an experience! Alice and Oliver were wonderful hosts, and words cannot describe how thankful I am to have been able to experience Vienna while staying in their home. This was a visit that created friendships that will last for a lifetime. Would undoubtedly recommend.

Staying with Oliver and Alice in Vienna was the best decision that I made. I really enoyed staying in their beautiful and comfortable house. The breakfasts were very good and filling. Location was extremely quiet and yet very central. Very nice hosts. Just go for it.

The homestay at Alice and Oliver´s house was great!
My daughter and me spent one wonderful week there. Oliver and Alice helped us with suggestions on what to do in Vienna and everything we needed assistance with.
The house is well-designed and conformable. The atmosphere was friendly. Our room was spacious and very nice. The bed was super comfortable, and the wi-fi was great. The location is very good and just 3 minutes walk to the tram/underground station to Vienna city center.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
