It’s a lovely place in the Vienna woods on the edge of Vienna close to the 14th district (only 100 m away). The flat has a small balcony where you can have coffee or a drink and admire the view of the woods There’s a bus stop right outside the flat which will take you to the Vienna metro system and a train station just eight minutes walk away – a lovely stroll along the river side. All told and either by bus or train it takes just 50 minutes to get from the flat to the city center. It’s the perfect location!

About the Area
My place is located in a small town smack bang in the middle of the Vienna Woods called Purkersdorf Go out onto the main road, right takes you to Vienna, left takes you to the town center. It’s a pleasant 2 km stroll if you go along the river but you have to go to the train station first, cross the bridge and then go back on yourself. I’ll show you. It’s a cute little town, very Austrian.

No smoking. Wash your own dishes. No shoes in the flat. Respect the neighbors and the neighborhood. Pretty obvious really.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
