This is my home. I live upstairs and, on this floor, there is a spare Kingsize room with own use bathroom. Shared Lounge, kitchen and laundry. I have previously hosted working visa holders, extended stay travelling businesspeople as well and short stay travelers.
I have travelled myself when I was younger and always enjoyed home stays as opposed to hotels, and now I am enjoying hosting.

About the Area
Located on the Northern Beaches, 800m to Warriewood Beach, and 15 minutes walk to Narrabeen Beach and Narrabeen Lagoon. Well serviced by the B line bus from Pittwater Road - 7 stops to Wynyard, running every 15 minutes, and a bus to Manly every 10 minutes. From Sydney Rd is an hourly direct bus to Northern Beaches Hospital at Frenchs Forest. Local area is also serviced by a Keoride, an on demand bus service. Within 5 minutes is a multitude of gyms, martial art studios, and a cinema with licensed cafe. On the beaches and Narrabeen lake there are many cafes and restaurants within walking or direct bus route. We also have a Golf Driving range within 5 minutes walk and a medium sized shopping complex 15 minutes walk. Best street in Warriewood in my opinion, location wise.

House Rules
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Empty the rubbish to the outside bins regularly, and ensure the kitchen/lounge area is tidy after use. As this is a suburban house, please no parties, nor pets, and no excessive noise after 10 pm weeknights/Midnight on weekends. Also NO smoking in the house or on the premises please.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
