Hi, we are a family of four. Mum, Dad and 9 year old twins. We also have a cat named Ernie and a dog (spoodle) named Ruby and 4 guinea pigs (who live outside). Our home is in beautiful Terrigal on acreage but only a few mins drive to the Beach or about a 20 minute walk. We have a large garden view double bedroom available with a Queen bed and your own private bathroom for use. We love to meet new people from around Australia and the rest of the world and happy if you like to join in with us for dinner around our large dining table or if you prefer to do your own thing... that's OK too. The house is big enough to relax and have some privacy. There are two lounge rooms, so you would have the use of one all to yourself to watch some TV if you like. We are an active family who love sports and running. Our ideal weekend includes a run to the beach and a swim in the ocean followed up by a coffee in one of the many great cafes on the Terrigal strip.

About the Area
Our house is located on a beautiful coastal acre of land in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 2 km from the beach and only 15 minutes drive to the nearest train station. 10 mins to Erina Shopping Centre
The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. The coast is a 5 minute drive and 30 minute walk.
The area is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants as well as some nice fashion boutiques and specialist shops.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this place. The location is absolutely beautiful and close to nature and little wildlife. The property is new and very well-maintained. I was warmly welcomed by Melinda Damon upon our arrival, and they were extremely friendly. The home-cooked food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved the ambience of the place. I highly recommend this place to others, and I would want to come back again. Thank you, for being such a nice host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
