I have a nice and clean house with a large patio, garden and pool. Home grown vegetables and citrus fruits when in season. Lots of parking space. I like to cook and I use the barbecue a lot. Great wines come with food. Guests are always welcome at be my table when I cook at no additional cost. Our house is 15 minutes from the airport on a good day and at approximately 20- 30 min by bus and train to the center of Perth and near the Kwinana highway to head south to Margaret River. I love to host because I like to meet people and cook for them. My repertoire includes Asian, Italian, British, rural French and anything with a recipe book. I still have my grandmother's recipe book and I still use it.

1) Check In After 3 Pm.

4) Wash after meals by placing your cutlery and utensils in the dishwasher provided.
5) No meals in the bedrooms please, there are indoor & outdoor dining areas.
6) No loud noise after 10 pm.
7) Guests are requested to maintain their own room, toilets & bath.
8) Smoking Only Outside.
9) No use of banned substances.
10) As you are my guest and as a courtesy to me, you need to inform me if you invite guests over to my home.

I stayed here for a month. The scenery is so beautiful. David has been so kind and caring like a father. We went to trips and drives time to time and they were much fun. He cooks way better than other restaurants. The room is comfortable and neat. Toby is super friendly and cute. I would definitely visit again !

I had an absolutely delightful homestay experience at David's house in Perth. David is an exceptionally warm host with outstanding hospitality. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. His culinary skills were on full display as he prepared some delicious meals during my stay. Beyond the amazing food, David was an invaluable source of local knowledge, offering excellent advice on places to visit and things to do in Perth. Whenever I needed assistance, he was more than willing to help. I cannot praise his hosting skills enough and will undoubtedly be choosing his place as my go-to accommodation for future visits to Perth. Highly recommended! Thank you David!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
