Located up the hill from Little Manly Beach. Short walk to the ferry and shops. Nice neighbours. Family home with swimming pool. Sharing with two mature adults. Room has tv. Access to full kitchen. Suit student studying at International College.

House Rules
Payment by cash or direct debit: I require guests to pay the booking total 7 days in advance of the booking to hold the room - Bank details will be informed after confirming the booking online.
Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel within 7 days or fail to arrive will forfeit their money. Guests are to provide their own soap, shampoo and washing powder. Dishwashing liquid is provided. Washing machine only to be used on a weekend. Dryer only with permission.

We had a great stay at Bronwyn and David’s. They were very helpful and friendly and the location of the house is perfect for exploring Manly!

Stayed a whole month with Bronwyn and David and they were such great hosts! Very respectful of our personal spaces, super friendly and helpful and a local to the area so we know all the nice spots around the neighbourhood. Enjoyed my stay with them!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
